TANTARA COURSE (18 HOLES)

LOCAL RULES
1.  OUT OF BOUNDS (Rule 27)

a). Any hedge, fence or wall bounding the course

b). Beyond any line of white stakes

c). Practice area to the left of 8th as defined by white posts

d). Beyond the line of white stakes to the right of the 7th

2. MOVABLE OBSTRUCTIONS (Rule 24-1)

Stones in bunkers are deemed to be movable obstructions and may be removed without penaly

3. IMMOVABLE OBSTRUCTIONS (Rule 24-2)

a). All fixed course furniture

b). Artificially surfaced roads and paths

c). Staked trees

d). The electric fence to the left of the 5th & 6th holes

e). Fairway distance marker posts

 If any such obstruction interferes with a player's stance or swing, the player may take a free drop within one club-length of and not nearer the hole than the nearest point of releif

4. GROUND UNDER REPAIR (Rule 25-1)

a). All areas marked with blue lines

b). Vehicle ruts but not faint impressions

c). All drainage channels

d). Any newly turfed areas

If a player's ball comes to rest in any of the above, it may be dropped without penalty, within one club-length of and not nearer the hole than the nearest point of relief

5. WATER HAZARDS (Rule 26)

As marked by yellow markers

As marked by red markers

7.  TELEGRAPH POLES

Any ball striking a telegraph pole inside the course boundary may be replayed without penalty (Rule 20.5)

 8. MULCH BARK AROUND TREES 

 Ball to be played as it lies
