Congratulations to Neville Gardner winner of 2015 Order of Merit

The Presentation of Trophies  for 2015 competition winners took place on the eveneing of Friday 13th November.  After a superb three course dinner the trophies were awarded to the winners. 

Presenting the prizes were James Moriarty (Junior Captain), Paul Turner (Stags Captain), Sheila Rennolds (Lady Captain) and Graham Murdoch (Club Captain).  Mark Woolerton, Vice Captain was the compere for the evening.  Congratulations to all the winners!!!

A big thank you to Jeanette Jackson for organising the engraving of all of the trophies and to Robin Whitehouse photographer for the evening.

Individual Winter Stableford – 14/15 November

Division 1 winner was Stuart Bryan with 40 points. Neville Gardner took 2nd prize with 38 points and Alan Price was awarded 3rd place with 37 points.

After count back on 37points, Lee Callender was the winner for Division 2 and in 2nd place was Dan Nelmes. Norman Joyce took 3rd prize with 35 points.

The Ladies Winner was Helen Dellow with 35 points.

Winter Pairs Betterball – 7/8 November

Congratulations to the winning pair of Steve Large and Ross Stanton with their score of 40 points.  Nick Large  and Stewart Batchelor scored 37 points , Richard Parham and grandson Joe scored 35 points.

The winner of Division 1 was determined after countback on 43 points, the prize was awarded to Terry Brown.  In 2nd place was Neville Gardner and in 3rd place was Paul Darcy with 41 points.

Division 2 was won by Norman Joyce with 41 points.  after countaback on 40 points, 2nd place went to John Hynes and 3rd place to Reg Dann

The Ladies prize was won by Jenny Holt with 29 points.
