Stoneleigh hosted the Senior Open on Thursday 18th August, where a total of 88 teams took part.

Ladies Am Am - Thursday 13th August
Stoneleigh hosted the Annual Ladies Am Am Open on Thursday 13th August, with a total of 23 teams taking part. With the best 2 scores to count on all but the 18th hole whereby 3 scores counted, there were some very good, close scores carded despite the very mixed weather conditions.
Nearest the Pin prizes were won by Kathy Goddard from The Warwickshire (9th hole) and Judy Walter from Coventry Finham (15th hole). The Longest Drive on the 10th hole was awarded to Lorraine Gilder from Northampton Golf Club.
There were a total of 12 two's: Kathy Goddard, Rona Varney, Chris Sutcliffe, Avril McLeod, Sue Avison (2), Karen McKenna, Sarah Barry, Jenny Holt, Gillian Harris, Sue Power and Belinda Court.
After countback on 83 points, 3rd place was awarded to the team of Olly Hickman, Sue Avison, Charlie Astbury and Lorraine Gilder, all from Northampton GC.
The Runners up prize went to Jacqui Smith, Pat Caley, Caroline Rhodes and Kathy Goddard, all from The Warwickshire Golf Club.
Congratulations to the winning team with 84 points, Sue Russell ( Great Barr GC), Anne Deakin (Walmley GC), Margaret Stokes (Pype Hayes GC) and Sarah Barry (Great Barr GC).
Well done ladies!!! Thank you to everyone who took part in the day making it a successful one.

The raffle held raised a total of £282.00 for the Captain's Charity, 'Macmillan Cancer Support'. Thank you to all the ladies who supported this raffle.
